Founder + Chief Executive Officer
Named among the top 30 most influential I-O Psychologists, and featured in Forbes, Dr. Rob McKenna is the founder of WiLD Leaders, Inc. and The WiLD Foundation, and creator of the WiLD Trust Platform. His recent TEDx Becoming a Whole Leader in a Broken World is a manifesto on the critical role that developing whole and intentional leaders will play in our future. Dr. McKenna has devoted his life to developing leaders and transforming the way we see the people in our organizations - seeing and developing them as whole.
Rob and his wife Jackie have two sons and live in Kirkland Washington.

Chief Commercial Officer
Nothing gets Dr. Daniel Hallak more excited than the opportunity to build authentic relationships and intentionally develop leaders. As the Chief Commercial Officer at WiLD Leaders, Daniel drives strategic commercial initiatives, and other operations, product development, and marketing efforts that support the development of whole leaders. He is known for bringing energy and thoughtful research-based practices that actually make a difference. Daniel has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, you can watch his recent TEDx here.
Daniel lives in Walla Walla, Washington with his wife, Kristin, and their three children.

Director of Marketing
Megan Lawrence is a creative and intentional leader with a unique background in leader development across a variety of contexts. Megan earned a masters in Organizational Leadership and at WiLD Leaders she oversees marketing, communications, events, and client engagements. Megan is known for her composure under pressure.
Megan lives in Southern California with her husband Mark, and their two kids.

Administrative + Operations Lead
Claire is the Operations and Administration Lead at WiLD Leaders. She is a storyteller and maven, and enjoys the immense variety of work found at WiLD. She previously worked as an assistant to the president of Gordon College, and as a freelance writer for nonprofits and small businesses around the world. Claire received her BA in English from Gordon College and lives in Everett, Washington with her husband Tim, and their son.

Strategic Development Architect
Chris has a deep passion for empowering leaders to create environments where they and their people can learn, grow, and realize their full potential. With over three decades at Microsoft leading teams and working with leaders across the globe, his experience, passion, and insights from research and data on high performing leaders gives him a unique perspective to contribute to the WiLD mission. As Strategic Development Architect Chris works with leaders and organizations to design and integrate leadership development into their daily rhythms resulting in increased trust to drive business results.
Chris lives in Redmond, Washington with his wife, Kristina, and they have two adult children.

Accounts & Marketing Lead
Sabeth Kapahu is the Accounts and Marketing Lead at WiLD Leaders, Inc. She pursues every opportunity to embrace and elevate the potential in leaders as a coach, and true encouragement to so many others. As someone who has run a small business herself, she understands the context of business leaders and the pressure they face to drive results and lead with the heart. Before WiLD, Sabeth was an administrative specialist in higher education at McMaster Divinity College in Hamilton, ON Canada, and Pacific Rim Christian University in Honolulu, Hawaii; as well as an Ambassador for Group Publishing in Loveland, Colorado. She lives on the Big Island of Hawaii with her husband William and their four kids. And, she is a wanna-be runner.
